In this workshop we will work with Breema partner exchanges and Self-Breema exercises to become familiar with body-mind connection, the foundation of the art of being present. Practicing Breema supports you to connect with and care for others, while at the same time deepening your connection to yourself. When you are present, others are supported to be present. Breema offers practical steps we can take for establishing a true body-mind connection, unifying the energies of mind, body, and feelings. The philosophy and principles underlying Breema address the essential nature of life and the deeper meaning of health. Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises introduce us to a unique quality of touch, which is a direct expression of our degree of presence.
Taught in an experiential format, this weekend workshop includes:
—Self-Breema exercises you can do anytime to revitalize the body and support mental and emotional availability
—Partner bodywork that nurtures and energizes both the practitioner and the recipient
—Nine universal principles you can apply to bring more harmony to any activity or condition of daily life
Please note: Participants must be comfortable sitting and working on a padded floor.
